Your Potential Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire order processing cycle, from order receipt to invoicing
• Record and process incoming customer orders
• Control and track orders and production
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
• Prepare order confirmations, production orders, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders in both German and English, via written and telephone correspondence
• Maintain ERP master data

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or similar)
• Professional experience in order processing
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style
• Resilience and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
